For service outages during business hours, please use the form below to provide us with your full name, email address, property address and a description of the problem. For service outages after business hours, please call us at 910-893-7575 to leave a message for a technician to be dispatched. An after hours fee of $50 will be charged if the problem is on the customer side of the water meter.
