Flat rate, first 2,000 gallons: $20.00
Rate per additional 1,000 gallons: $5.50

Commercial
Flat rate, first 2,000 gallons: $27.00
Rate per additional 1,000 gallons: $5.50
Bulk rate: $2.38/ 1,000
Bulk rate – Capacity holders: $1.85/ 1,000
Hydrant rate: $6.00/ 1,000
Hydrant Rental (3/4″): $5/day, $140/month, $1200/yr upfront
Hydrant Rental (3″): $10/day, $280/month, $2500/yr upfront
Energy charge: $0.25/ 1,000 (depends on how many lifts)

Flat rate, no gallons: $15.00
Rate per 1,000 gallons: $6.00
Flat rate, One person household: $40.00
Flat rate, Two+ person household: $45.00

Commercial
Flat rate, no gallons: $40.00

Institutional
Flat rate, no gallons: $250.00 minimum
Rate per 1,000 gallons: $6.00
Bulk rate – Capacity holders: $2.05/ 1,000
Septage haulers – Basic facilities charge: $20.00/ truckload
Septage haulers – Usage charge: $85.00/ 1,000

Deposit Information, Setup, Transfer & Disconnect Fees

Customers with approved credit can expect to pay the below listed deposits. The deposit is doubled for credit risk customers.

Water deposit for owners: $25
Sewer deposit for owners: $25

Water deposit for renters: $50
Sewer deposit for renters: $50

Hydrant rental deposit, 3/4″ meter: $250 (refundable)
Hydrant rental deposit, 3″ meter: $500 (refundable)

Setup fees: $15
Transfer fee: $15
Reconnect fee: $40

After hours call out: $50
Water samples: $30 and up
Damage fees as advised: $100 and up
